"I'd Rather Be Secured To The Rock, Than Free Climb Alone."

Friends,Have you ever hidden behind success? Success can be rewarding, an image building opportunity, more wealth, status and a way to keep climbing to the top.  Yes, the world will tell you this about success and from time to time we might get pulled in.  Sometimes we try so hard to succeed and the challenge becomes daunting, frustrating, fearful, empty, exhausting and precarious at best.  Yes, there we are alone; hiding our heads behind the dark shadow of what we thought would be success,…See More

"Signs" In The Rain

Friends,"Signs" are everywhere.  Stop, caution, yield, weave, merge and go!  Yes we see them all and pay close attention to them everyday.  Yes signs are everywhere, but the most important ones we sometime miss, even when they are right in front of us.Have you ever been at a crossroad in your life?  I was caught in the crossroad of a real struggle with people and a situation that consumed me.  The principle of the situation was one I could not control. Oh yes, I of course continued to struggle…See More

The warmth of the Holy Spirit - "Hot Chocolate Man"

Friends in Christ,

Laura I am reminded and encouraged by your story of faithfulness.

I thought I would share a story of God's Holy Spirit, that uses his people for others needs.

It was about this time last year I was driving down Odana Way when I saw a homeless man.

Continuing on I drove by him heading down Odana, going about my business.

Something just kept speaking to me about this man.

As I continued on I stopped to get a coffee at Starbucks west side. While… Continue

Happens time and time again in my life.  It simple to jump yet TOUGH to take that first step.
