Friends,
I'm reflecting on ...
Fear is perhaps caused through a real feeling of what is out of our control.
I'm head on with the struggle of fear and find it to be confusing, tiring and a great distraction from all that really matters. My boss is entangled in fear and brings it head on in displaced anger, with a self agenda aimed at my expense to take control and secure her future in the work place.

Agreed. It's a Faith walk for sure. I 'feel' it's important to get this message out to men (and women). Admit the conflict. Know where your #1 and #2 is. Then step off the rope and let Him catch you. Letting Him place you safely somewhere you thought was going to hurt yet He softly lowers you to the ground.
Happens time and time again in my life. It simple to jump yet TOUGH to take that first step.
